Notepad++ Plugin Manager not Showing

1)   Download your plugins

     Example : Xmltools

2) Extract files


3) Copy XMLTools.dll   to C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\plugins

4)Copy files ( iconv.dll ,  zlib1.dll , libxml2.dll .. )  in the ext_libs folder   to C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++

WARNING :   Copy   files in the ext_libs folder to NOTEPAD++ ROOT
